Henrik Ibsen said "A Community is like a ship: Everyone ought to be prepared to take the helm." Practice. Take the lead and imagine that you are the only person available to do what needs to be done. Do it for the good of your community. Do it without expecting anything in return. Wow how does that feel? :-)
